About the role
4 Get Me Not LLC is a vendor with the State of Arizona's Department of Economic Security, Vocational Rehabilitation program. We help individuals with disabilities obtain and maintain competitive employment, pursue education and certifications, develop employment skills, and model professionalism in the workplace.
Qualifications
At a minimum, a high school diploma or GED and three (3) years of documented experience—or an associate's or bachelor's degree and two (2) years of documented experience—working directly with individuals with disabilities, including mental health and/or physical disabilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Own a computer (desktop or laptop) with internet access
- Proficient in word processing and general computer use
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to proofread and submit documentation
- Reliable transportation; valid Arizona driver's license; current registration and insurance
- Ability to obtain or possess a DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to pass annual CBC background check and E-Verify
- Cell phone; ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities
As an Employment Specialist (Job Coach), you play a vital role serving, coaching, and learning from a diverse population of individuals with varying mental, behavioral, and physical disabilities in various employment settings — from high school age through adults.
- Drive in the community to attend meetings and scheduled client sessions
- Demonstrate professional and ethical employment behaviors at all times
- Develop positive rapport with clients, counselors, employers, and team members
- Assist clients in identifying professional strengths and challenges
- Write clear, objective, detailed case notes documenting coaching and engagement
- Meet clients in the community, workplace, or training settings for employment support
- Support résumé development, application submission, job searching, and job coaching
- Provide career exploration, training enrollment support, and mobility training
- Deliver soft skills training, accommodation support, and disability benefits counseling
Benefits
- 1099 subcontractor position — great for part-time, flexible income
- $20.00–$30.00 per hour based on experience (starting at $20 per hour)
- Expected hours vary based on experience and desired caseload
